I graduated from Ohio University in 2006 with a BFA in Art History, and in 2013 from the Methodist Theological School in Ohio with an MA in Professional Counseling.
Since then, I have worked in inpatient and intensive outpatient addiction treatment and dual diagnosis programs, providing group and individual therapy for clients struggling with addiction and mental health issues.
I have also worked in therapeutic foster care, provided mental health services at Franklin County Corrections Center, and in private practice, working with individuals, couples, and families.
I utilize a client-centered approach in an effort to best meet the needs of each person I serve. I am a certified NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) Therapist, and I continue to learn and develop my understanding of the model by assisting in NARM trainings.
I offer individual therapy for adult clients, as well as speaking with groups and organizations about various wellness, mental health, complex trauma, and addiction-related topics. I am a licensed LPCC-S.
